Ixonos, which provides wireless technologies, mobile devices, services and software, has established a branch office in Seoul, South Korea. The purpose of the new office is to serve as a customer interface, sales office and technical support for the company’s client operations in the region, both with existing and new customers.
“Establishing a new sales interface is aligned with Ixonos’s strategic efforts to expand our business globally and supports our heightened sales efforts towards globally operating companies within the connected devices domain,” says Ixonos Group’s President and CEO Kari Happonen.
The office in Korea is part of Ixonos’s APAC area operations, headed by vice president Tomi Kyllonen from Beijing. Ixonos has two service centers in China and the company expanded its Device Creation Center’s operations to work alongside the site in Beijing.
