Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken Increases Stake in Ixonos Oyj

Ixonos Oyj announced that due to an acquisition, one of the owners of Ixonos, Irish Life International, is now part of the Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB). After the acquisition, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken owns 875,508 Ixonos shares corresponding 5.80% of all Ixonos shares and votes. Ixonos’ share hub is EUR 585,394.16 and it consists of 15,102,484 shares. Each share carries one vote at the General Meeting.
