Based on information Nokia had in print, Ixonos estimated thatshould Nokia quickly and substantially reduce its service buy volume in2011, the increases in turnover and in commission profit that Ixonos had forecastin its financial proclamation release on 10 February 2011 would be unlikely tooccur.   Based on additional information Ixonos has received, the company estimates thatNokia's new strategy will have a minor effect on Ixonos' turnover and operatingprofit during the first half of this year. Though, Ixonos' sales of softwaredevelopment services to R&D projects based on Nokia's MeeGo and Symbiansoftware platforms are estimated to decrease in the second half of this yearand due to this, the business volume of Ixonos' Mobile Terminals & Softwarearea is expected to decline at least temporarily.   In accordance with strategy, Ixonos continues its activities to expand itsclientele by boosting sales of services and solutions to mobile technologysuppliers, mobile device manufacturers, consumer electronics manufacturers andother customers in Finland as well as internationally while striving tomaintain the best possible profitability.   The company's turnover and in commission profit for the first half-year is expectedto be at the level of 2010. The company's turnover and in commission profit for theentire year 2011 is expected to be lower than in the previous year, butoperating profit is forecast to be positive.
