Ixonos opens two new design studios in London and Beijing
Aug 19, 2011 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) — Ixonos, a provider of wireless technologies, mobile devices, services and software, has announced that it is launching two new user experience point studios in London and Beijing.
Ixonos launched the User Experience Point Centre in mid-2010 and has a functioning studio in Helsinki, Finland, as well as a smaller satellite studio in Kosice, Slovakia.
“Within a year, we have managed to pull towards you a robust client base and the two new flagship studios were set up to accommodate the steadily growing demand for our point services,” says Sami Paihonen, head of the User Experience Point Centre at Ixonos. “Ixonos does not strive to become the largest point agency on the market, but we truly aim to be the best in mobile and web service point,” Sami Paihonen clarifies. “Our unique strength lies in our manner of language capability: by employing the full width of Ixonos’ services, we can offer completely managed turnkey deliverables that combine deep technological understanding with astounding user experiences.” Creative Boss Julian A D Harris has been appointed to lead the UK Point Studio and Creative Boss Vijay A Selvaraj is in charge of the APAC Point Studio. Creative Boss Esa Nettamo leads the Finland Point Studio and supervises the Slovakia satellite studio. Each studio hosts a multidisciplinary point team offering a wide range of services from user research, UX strategy and concept point to prototyping.
