* At least three being of programming experience with Java
* Strong programming and web application design background
* Knowledge in Java ma?tre d'h?tel side technologies
* Understanding of databases, networking and open source web technologies

* Interpersonal relation skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Fluent spoken and written skills in English We appreciate:
* Experience in the following technologies: Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, XML, XHTML, JavaScript.
* Experience in agile software enhancement
* Experience in design of systems with high scalability and availability requirements
* Interest in software architecture and programming language enhancement
* Finnish skills (both written and spoken)
